We offer remote support services to address most computer needs whether small business or residential, we can get your computer problem fixed remotely, as long as you have internet connectivity and the machine is somewhat operational.

How does this work?  We use a web based application to connect to your computer over a secure connection over the internet, in a few easy steps.

1. Call or email us to schedule a remote support session.

2. You click on the the link below where we will walk you through the installation process to connect to your computer.
We use one of the best remote support products which is Gotoassist by Citrix. This creates a SSL encrypted connection between our support computers and yours. The website address linked to the image is https://www.fastsupport.com.

3. We preapprove your credit card number for a value of $1.00 to verify the card is active through Paypal.

Note: Only Small business can be billed for these services.

The minimum fee is  for an hour of service.

After the first hour of service rates are calculated every 15 minutes of service provided.

4. We email you a receipt for your records once the service is completed or bill you for the service if you are a business.
